Placing an order
We offer a variety of online payment methods to ensure our customers can place orders with ease.
- electronic banking (via the Paysera.lt system, to which you will be automatically redirected);
- e-banking (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay);
- bank transfer;
- gift card.
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. To provide a safe shopping experience to all our customers, all payments will be subject to security checks.
We at RutaRuta ship to the following countries:
- Lithuania
- Other European destinations: Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Malta, Ireland, Spain, and Portugal.
Please note that shipping rates differ between Lithuania and the other listed countries.
All items ordered with RutaRuta depend upon availability. If an item is ever out of stock, we’ll let you know within 24 hours and provide a potential restock date. In such cases, we’ll offer you two options: a full refund to your original payment method or a RutaRuta gift card. The gift card can be used to purchase alternative products or saved for when the item is restocked.
No worries! If you’ve forgotten your password, simply visit our login page and select ‘Forgotten your password?’. Enter the email address you registered with, and we’ll send you step-by-step instructions to reset it.
If you no longer wish to receive our exclusive offers and promotions, simply click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any RutaRuta newsletter.
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way, so you’ll know when to expect it.
For tracked orders, you can use the tracking link provided in your email or in your RutaRuta account to check the status and location of your parcel.
Have you checked for any delivery cards or emails from the courier? Your parcel may have been left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or taken to a local depot.

If you need to report your order as lost, please contact us at info@rutaruta.lt.
To cancel your order, go to the Your Orders section and select the order you wish to cancel. You can choose to cancel individual items or the entire order. If the cancellation option is unavailable, it means it’s too late to cancel your order.
At RutaRuta, we work hard to pick and pack your orders as quickly as possible, so the window for cancellations is very limited after an order is placed.
If you’re unable to cancel in time, you can visit our Returns Policy for guidance on how to return the order to us.

Yes! RutaRuta gift cards are available RutaRuta Gift Card page. The gift card will be sent via email to the address associated with your account shortly after purchase. You can then forward it to your recipient or print it out to present it in person—perfect for any occasion!
After adding products to your bag, proceed to checkout. When prompted to enter a discount code, simply copy and paste the unique code from your email.
RutaRuta gift cards can be redeemed on all products available on our website and can also be used alongside promotions that apply automatically at checkout. However, please note that it’s not possible to use a gift card together with another discount code.
Unfortunately you can only use one gift card per order. You can pay for any outstanding balance by using a credit or debit card.
